Verify: check the claims that let a cause be trusted

Giving to a stranger's cause takes trust, and that trust comes from people who opened an official register, searched it, wrote down exactly what they did, and signed their name to the answer.

Almost no country can have a cause verified on Sera, for one narrow reason: nobody has written down which official register to check an organisation against. Until somebody does that research, every organisation in that country is unfundable here, however real it is.

Two helpers must reach the same answer independently before a claim settles, anyone can challenge a result afterwards, and a check that is overturned costs the person who made it. XP is earned when a check holds, never for turning up.

It needs no wallet, no GitHub account, no audience and no capital. Only a register you can open and read.
